The 25 homes are grouped in six clusters, five of which have access from the internal courtyard plus a cluster of three homes having
direct access onto Soi Meksawat. These clusters mean that 12 of the homes are semi-detached. The "stepped back" positioning of the
homes along the curved internal courtyard also increases the amount of privacy you have. As you enter the community your direct line
of sight is the landscaped area of bushes and trees at the entrance to the swimming pool.
