Issue No. 3 25 June 2003 This is the third in a series of Newsletters which we publish every 4-6 weeks to our "The Lofts Sathorn" home owners and prospective clients. Our aim is to keep you fully informed on the progress of the development at Soi Meksawat during the period of construction and before transfer. The topics we will keep you updated about will include construction progress, choice of suppliers and materials, programme, meetings, on-site visits, progress of show homes etc. We hope you will find this informative and we welcome any comments from you by telephone, email, fax or ordinary letter. Construction progress by K-Tech is on schedule to be completed in Q4 2003. All bored piling work for the sub structure
and provisions for underground services for the units are complete. The superstructure works, in particular for the
three units facing Soi Meksawat are progressing well, with a new floor being constructed approximately every week. This
group of units is on a fast track to be completed by the end of July with Loft 12 becoming the Show Loft. |

| The spatial arrangement shape and height within the units is becoming apparent and this will become more so as the infill walls are constructed, beginning the week of June 23. DESIGN The interior design of the Show Loft is complete and work will start on site at the end of the first week of July. This is a complete fit-out including two kitchens, fitted wardrobes, shelving, lighting, flooring and loose furniture. We are very excited about the contemporary look we have achieved and we look forward to unveiling this at the end of July. |

THE LOFTS SATHORN AT GAYSORN PLAZA We are delighted to have been invited by the Gaysorn Group to "bring The Lofts Sathorn to Gaysorn Plaza" from July 17th-27th. The Lofts will be part of a programme by Gaysorn to promote their home furnishing boutiques on the 3rd floor. Our exhibition space will portray The Lofts lifestyle and will show elements of the living space, the master bedroom, the internal courtyard, loose furniture and the softscape landscaping. |

EVENTS A "The Lofts Sathorn" party was held at the home of Arthur Napolitano (MD of Kudu) on June 18th when we entertained Loft owners and prospective buyers. Raimon Land and Kudu were hosts of the evening with CB Richard Ellis also in attendance with their sales teams. The next event will be at Gaysorn Plaza from July 17th-27th as described above followed by the opening of the Show Loft at the Meksawat site by the end of July. We look forward to meeting you at both of these parties. |
