Issue No. 2 23 May 2003 This is the second in a series of Newsletters which we will publish every 4-6 weeks to our "The Lofts Sathorn" home owners and prospective clients. Our aim is to keep you fully informed on the progress of the development at Soi Meksawat during the period of construction and before transfer. The topics we will keep you updated about will include construction progress, choice of suppliers and materials, programme, meetings, on-site visits, progress of show homes etc. We hope you will find this informative and we welcome any comments from you by telephone, email, fax or ordinary letter. Construction progress is moving along well with bore piling for the sub structure set to be completed by May 23. Bore piles on the
three Lofts at the front of the site (which face Soi Meksawat) have been capped and work is now in progress on the ground beams.

DESIGN We have decided to fit out one show Loft (Loft 12) rather than two, as Loft 11 has recently been sold. The home will have a contemporary and eclectic Asian feel. Our design team will complete the interior design plan this week and will then go to tender in order that we are able to start interior fit out of the show Loft during the second half of June and complete this work by end July. The show Loft will then be ready for owners and prospective buyers to experience at first hand. The images below will give you an idea of the look and feel we are creating in the living space at the show Loft. |

SITE VISITS The completion and opening of the Show Loft at end July will coincide with a number of marketing events at the site, the details of which we will outline in the next Newsletter Issue No. 3. |
