Issue No. 6 1 March 2004 This is the sixth in a series of Newsletters which we publish every 4-6 weeks to our "The Lofts Sathorn" home owners and prospective clients. Our aim is to keep you fully informed on the progress of the development at Soi Meksawat during the period of construction and before transfer. The topics we will keep you updated about will include construction progress, choice of suppliers and materials, programme, meetings, on-site visits, progress of show homes etc. We hope you will find this informative and we welcome any comments from you by telephone, email, fax or ordinary letter. CONSTRUCTION |

The construction of the homes is now in the final stages to bring them to a finished standard pre inspection by owners. Indeed the first family moved into the Show Loft on February 7th and 9 homes in total have been transferred with the balance on programme to be completed by end-March. |

The central courtyard roadway brick and pebble work has been finished. The swimming pool and gym structures are also
in place and are now about to undergo finishing works. This is scheduled for completion by end of March. We have been granted permission by the owner of the badminton court, at the end of the courtyard, to paint this structure in the same colour as the facade of the Lofts. The contractor has indicated that this will completed by March 8th |

LANDSCAPING The granite rock work at the entrance of each home will also be used at the swimming pool area and this work is scheduled for completion by the end ofMarch. The planting of Pulmeria, fan palms, trees etc. at the end of the courtyard, outside each Loft, and at the swimming pool area commenced on February 26th and will continue over the next 3 to 4 weeks. We have designed uniforms for the security guards, and for the maintenance and gardening staff. These are very much in keeping with the overall look and feel of The Lofts Sathorn and we look forward to CBRE's staff wearing them on site shortly. |

SITE IMPROVEMENTS Two adjacent land plots to The Lofts Sathorn have been acquired by one of the JV partners of The Lofts Sathorn development, Kudu Company Ltd. The first parcel of land totals 5 rai (at the west end of the Lofts) and will be developed into 16 detached and 4 single homes designed by one of Thailand's most respected architects Robert G Boughey. These designs are already complete. The second plot is the Godown or warehouse building behind Lofts 21-25. This old structure will be redeveloped in July and two homes will built on this site. The designs are currently in process. These two site improvements underscore the JV parties' efforts to continually upgrade the area surrounding The Lofts Sathorn making this one of Bangkok's most desirable residential locations. |
