Issue No. 7 3 June 2004 This is the seventh in a series of Newsletters which we publish every 4-6 weeks to our "The Lofts Sathorn" home owners and prospective clients. Our aim is to keep you fully informed on the progress of the development at Soi Meksawat during the period of construction and before transfer. The topics we will keep you updated about will include construction progress, choice of suppliers and materials, programme, meetings, on-site visits, progress of show homes etc. We hope you will find this informative and we welcome any comments from you by telephone, email, fax or ordinary letter. CONSTRUCTION |

Construction of the 25 homes is now complete although K-Tech still has a team on site applying final cosmetic
touches to some of the units. A number of buyers have commenced the fit-out work on their homes and we look forward to The Lofts Sathorn becoming a living community over the next 3 months. |

LANDSCAPING All landscaping is now in and the feature Jignam tree at the entrance to the swimming pool area was planted last week. The tree is dramatic and softens up the courtyard considerably. The hardscape around the pool has been completed and the swimming pool will then be tested and be should be ready for use by June 6. |

GYM The flooring in the gym has been fitted and three exercise machines have been delivered. These are a Life Fitness cross trainer X9I, a Life Fitness Upright bike C71, and a Parabody multi-gym, cable motion CM3 cross trainer. A mirror at the far end will be fitted to complete this facility. |

SHOW UNIT Three new show units (Loft 10, Loft 13, and Loft 25) are being fitted out and we expect that Loft 13 will be ready in August. |

ONSITE SALES OFFICE There is an on site sales presence staffed by SPCL and located at the gymnasium, 7 days a week from 09.30-17.30. We have specially designed The Lofts Sathorn uniforms for the security guards, and for the maintenance and gardening staff. These are in keeping with the overall look and feel of The Lofts Sathorn and we look forward to CBRE's staff wearing them on site shortly. |

SITE IMPROVEMENTS We have received permission from the owner of the white building behind Loft 19 to repaint the structure. This is an important part of our commitment to owners to smarten up the immediate environment around The Lofts Sathorn wherever we are able to do. The painting of the exterior of the badminton court at the far end of the courtyard has been completed and landscape trellis added to further soften this structure. |

OTHER EVENTS One of the joint venture developers have acquired the warehouse adjacent to the entrance of The Lofts Sathorn. The structure will be demolished in June and replaced by a single home of three stories, in keeping with the contemporary design of the surrounding Raimon Land and Kudu projects. |
