The homes are a mix of semi-detached (12) and attached (13) homes on land plots ranging in size from 21 to 45 sq. wah and useable space
ranging from approximately 225 to 425 sq. meters. The homes have a utility area (in the half-basement) for two cars, a kitchen, a maid's
room and a laundry or storeroom.
Each home has a living space which includes a living room, dining room, second kitchen and a mezzanine level; on the relaxing level are
